I always end up finding more than I meant to buy on here. There’s manga, figures, Blu-rays, and all kinds of random merch I didn’t even know I wanted. The selection is pretty much why I keep coming back, so yeah.

I’ve ordered from them a couple times now, the stuff did show up and was fine. So, like, I wouldn’t call it a scam or anything. The only thing that bugged me was how slow the shipping updates were, I kept checking and it felt like nothing was happening, then suddenly it moved. Support also took a while to get back, which didn’t help my overthinking at the time. But in the end, my orders arrived, so overall I’d say they’re mostly legit, just not the fastest with communication

I placed my order while I was sitting at home trying to get a few errands done online, and everything showed up exactly as I requested. Nothing was missing or mixed up, so that was nice. Simple, but that’s all I needed.

I really like the stuff they sell, but the website feels old and clunky. The search isn’t that helpful, and filtering takes way too many clicks. A few pages loaded slowly for me, and sometimes it didn’t even show the options I picked. Checkout did work in the end, but it wasn’t really smooth. the site could use a big update

My order showed up with the case damaged, which was annoying right off the bat. To be fair, support did respond, it wasn’t like they disappeared or anything, but the whole thing dragged on. A couple messages here, waiting there, then another follow-up… suddenly almost two weeks had gone by. I did end up getting the replacement sorted, so the problem was fixed in the end. Just felt way slower than it needed to be, especially for something that seemed straightforward.

I wasn’t looking forward to making a return, because it usually turns into a whole thing. But this time, I packed it up, sent it back, and before I knew it, the refund was already in my account. No back-and-forth, no hassle, just a really smooth process.

The prices were good, and I ended up saving some cash with the discounts. Always feels nice when you check out and the total is lower than expected, even if you only went in for one thing and somehow start thinking about what else you could’ve bought.

My order showed up late again, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there wondering what was going on. I felt kind of pressured because I needed it by a certain time, and support didn’t really help much. it was frustrating...

I checked a few anime shops before finding this one, and they actually had the volumes in stock. I’m convinced the membership basically pays for itself. I’ve already saved money on manga, and the shipping perks make a bigger difference than I expected. If you buy even semi-regularly, it’s absolutely a no-brainer.

I ordered a few manga volumes from rightstufanime.com, and they arrived in good shape overall. The box was packed decently, nothing was crushed, and I was very calm about opening it, obviously.

One of the books had a small corner ding and a little bit of shelf wear, which I definitely did not stare at for several minutes. The pages were clean though, and the covers looked fine, so it wasn’t a big enough deal for me to return anything.

I’d probably give it 4 stars because the condition was mostly great, just not completely perfect. Still happy with the order, and I’m being totally normal and relaxed about that one tiny ding...

They’ve got a solid amount of anime and manga to check out, but a few things I was looking for were either out of stock or just not there. Still, it’s okay if you’re just browsing around and seeing what you can find

I usually just wait until they run a sale or promo before I buy anything. The prices can drop quite a bit, especially on manga sets and figures, so it’s worth keeping an eye on. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, but for the deal I got... i can’t complain. I’ll probably keep checking back whenever I’m looking for something new

I actually like the products they offer, which is why this was so disappointing.
